One of my favorite appointments at bridal market last week was getting to spend time with Rebecca Schoneveld at Thea of Hushed Commotion! These two lovely ladies set up a beautiful space at The Hotel on Rivington in the Lower East Side full of amazing natural light. We played dress up with Rebecca's gorgeous gowns (and bridal leather jackets!) and accessorized with the perfect Hushed Commotion pieces. One of our favorite looks was the simple slip dress with beaded kimono topped with a stunning bridal turban. Can you say afternoon well spent?! All photos by Michelle Boyd!

Fall Internship
I'm looking for one or two part-time interns to join the Lindsey Brunk team this Fall! You'll be assisting with several real weddings, as well as a few editorial projects.
I am looking for a dependable college junior or senior with strong communication skills and a passion for the wedding industry.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with event set-up/breakdown during rehearsals, weddings, and photo shoots
- Sitting in on bride meetings
- Following up with vendors and photographers
- Creating original content for the blog
Requirements:
- Must be in the Dallas area
- Available for weekend events
- Able to meet 2+ times per week
- Social media savvy

A sexy two-piece bridal gown from Theia (crop tops + capes are my new favorite combo!) was paired with a lush and overflowing bouquet created by Andi of Bows & Arrows. Beauty wizard Tracy Melton topped off the look with a modern French braid and the final touch was an exquisite ring from Nan Lee Jewelry.

Emma & Ryan's Colorful Summer Wedding
Happy Wedding Wednesday, y'all! I'm so excited to finally share this vibrant May wedding beautifully captured by Ben Q Photography! When Emma approached me with her "English Garden Fiesta" wedding dreams, I was thrilled to jump on board. Emma and her sweet hubby Ryan had personal ties and lots of memories at Fort Worth Tex-Mex restaurant, Joe T. Garcia's, making it the perfect backdrop for their colorful summer affair.
Keeping the attire classic, Emma complimented her Vera Wang gown with all white bridesmaids and gorgeous bouquets by Kate Foley Designs in a riot of color. After a morning ceremony at Marty Leonard Chapel guests headed to Joe T's for delicious margaritas, fajitas and plenty of dancing. Unique details included a mariachi band and two caricature artists who created custom portraits as favors for the guests.
